Black Bean Quinoa Salad

2-3 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled
2 cups cooked black beans
1 jalapeno pepper, charred with skin on, chopped
1/2 head garlic, chopped
1/2 large red onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 large tomato, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1-2 limes, to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
cumin to taste
pinch of sugar

Combine together and enjoy. If keeping for more than a day, add avocado, tomatoes, and spinach soon before eating (they will wilt and get less delicious with time). Serve cooled :D
